Magnus is an electrician and electrical engineer with over 10 years of experience in engineering design, installation, systematic completion and project management. With strong structure, strategic thinking and a natural ability to lead, he takes Atoma Nordic and company development in a direction few others would see.
Magnus has been coding since he was 15, combining a solid technical foundation with broad, hands-on experience from the construction industry. Throughout his career he has led complex projects in civil engineering and design worth tens of millions of kroner — from early planning to completion and delivery.
That combination makes him a rare resource: he speaks equally well with developers and site managers, and knows what it takes to take an idea all the way from concept to execution.
Sondre has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry — as a carpenter and site manager. He knows what it means to have responsibility in the field and deliver results under pressure. That same structure, decision-making and understanding of the trade he now brings into sales and customer relations.
A passion for technology has followed Ole Gunnar since childhood — he was into server hosting and app development long before most people had heard of it. With a trade certificate and Tech Lead experience from the startup world under his belt, he is the man who makes sure what we build actually works — and works well.
He has previously been part of a successful exit in the tech industry — an experience that few at his age can show, and which gives him a unique insight into what it actually takes to build something that lasts.
